The first lesson is free!

I. I encourage contact in the event the student runs into problems or has questions. As an added value, I make myself available all during the week, not just at the time of your lessons. Please feel free to call or email at any time. It is important to me that you make good, steady progress.

II. For parents, I encourage periodic reviews of a student’s progress. We want to insure that you are getting a good value for your investment.

III No long term contract or commitment is required. You will only need to prepay as you go in 2 week or 1 month intervals.

IV.  When you refer a new client to me, you get a free lesson.

V. I will provide the learning materials. Please bring a 3 ring binder and your musical equipment. In the event that you are unable to bring your instrument, one will be provided for the duration of the lesson. There are no hidden fees or things to buy down the road. I don't believe in ambushing people with hidden costs.

VI.

Please be on time for your appointment. As stated, I sell the time and not the lesson. Lessons will start and end at the appointed time. This insures that you won't have to wait to begin your lesson if someone else is late. It also serves to protect everyone's schedule. I do my best to show people the respect they deserve.

VII. If I cancel a lesson within 72 hours without making other arrangements, your next lesson is free. If a client cancels within 72 without making other arrangements, then the client is still charged. I sell the time and not the lesson.

This keeps everyone accountable and on track. Of course there are times when exceptions may occur (extreme weather, family matters etc). You will find me to be extremely fair and reasonable. You may reschedule your time for later in the week by contacting me before your scheduled lesson. In the event of a last minute emergency, please contact me to make other arrangements.

VIII. If you request an appointment to be rescheduled, be advised that this reschedule will only affect the current lesson. If you desire your whole series of lessons to be rescheduled to reflect that change, then you must specify that. This usually only affects students on a 2 week rotation.

For Example: Lets say that  you are scheduled for a lesson on the 1st and the 14th of the month and cannot make the lesson scheduled for the 1st so you request that lesson be changed to the the 7th. The lesson on the 14th will still stand unless you request otherwise.

IX. If you would like to bring a guest to your lesson, please contact me first to make arrangements (with the exception of parents and children; parents are always welcome). Learning takes focus. We prefer to avoid unnecessary distractions.

X. If you have a cold, the flu, a virus or other illness and still feel well enough to attend your lesson,  please let me know that you aren't feeling well.

XI. Rates reflect the time spent with, and the needs of, the student. Everyone is different so different timed arrangements are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute increments. We will discuss pricing during your first free lesson. It's important that we reach something that is fair for you.

I have seen more often than not, guitar teachers who are glad to take your hard earned money, but are unreliable and not  dedicated to getting  personally involved in order to help you. I am a professional and we will be respectful to your time and investment and ask that you do the same.

For students who do well, free bonus time in our production studio is available. Contact me for details.

In addition to Guitar and Bass, I also offer instruction for the following:

1. Any musician who wants to learn more about Music Theory and Composition.
2. Any musician stuck in a rut.
3. Anyone who wants to learn to write their own music, or take it to the next level.
4. Vocalists looking for a higher level of performance, control and expression.
5
. Brass Instruments
6. Woodwind Instruments
7. Drums and Percussion

For those of you who are unable to drive, I am located conveniently near several train stations in a comfortable and safe environment, and can arrange to get you to and from the train.
